Scamadviser is scam or legit

Well you have just Started your Website , when you search your own domain name , you found out that “Scamadviser.com” appear on google search result  first page.

That really hurts a lot. So you see phrases stating ” Is Yourdomain.com ” a fake site ? or “YourDomain.com”legit and Trustworthy?. This is totally unfair to new Site owner and small business owner. Imagine ,if you are operating an  E-commerce website , what will your customer think when they google your domain name and saw this appear on the first  page of  the google search results.

Checking Scamadviser on Cutestat.

So i did some background check on Scamadviser.com .

Search on Cutestat , for Scmadvisor.com. Is an old Site with a global traffic ranking of 6692, and it is earning money based on  Google Adsense.

Checking my site on Google Web Master.

I login into my Google Webmaster, and then navigate to the Link to your site tab. I found out that i was link to this site ” Scamadvisor.com “. What the ? Since when did i Link my site to Scamadviser.com ? i have totally no idea about it.

After that, i went to checkout  Scam Adviser site. when i click the Site , it totally slow down my PC . I felt some lagging and  my browser hung up. Hope Fully nothing bad or anything malicious infected into my PC.

After all Scamadviser doesn’t mention anything bad about my site. It just stated that it is a new Site and with unknown reputation .

But I hope scam adviser should seek permission from site owner before linking people site to their domain. And basically the wording or meta description appear on the search results does not sounds pleasant and it create mis-understanding to the Website owner’s audience.

How to remove Scamadviser  from Search result when you search your domain name.

From my experience i think you can’t stop them linking your site. but what you able to do is to dilute them from showing on the first page of google results when you search your domain name.

What i have done to dilute the  Scamadviser from first page search results:

• Update my blog more frequently
• Sign up for all kinds of Social media you can think off
• Submit your site to local Directory
• Submit article to high PA Sites
• Apply for Google Business.

In Conclusion, Scamadviser is scam or legit ?
