Equity and Margin Calculator Forex Singapore, I developed this calculator to help to calculate , the Loss you can take while trading in Forex.
Before we jump into the Calculation lets read some basics
- Margin : This is the Amount where the Brokerage Firm with hold or locked as a security or insurance.
- Equity : Is the Amount of Funds you have in your Forex Trading Account
- Free Margin : equals to Equity minus Margin
- Stop Loss : When you have use up ( Loss ) all funds in your Free Equity, the brokerage will stop the contract .
- Margin Call : This is set by the Brokerage or may be in some case by you, when your free Equity Available drop to a Certain amount, you can either stop the trade or Pump in Money
