What is Loan Tenure ?

Loan Tenure , is how long the borrower takes to pay back mortgage loan borrowed to purchase  property . For HDB Loan Tenure is capped at 30 Years, while Private Property Loan Tenure is capped at 35 Years

The Important of Loan Tenure ?

A Longer  loan tenure will enable the Borrower to pay lesser and more affordable monthly installment . While For Shorter Loan Tenure , the borrower will have higher Monthly Instalment

Base on Government Guide line the . For MSR  , only 30% of the Borrower Assessed income can be use to Service a Mortgage Loan. While for TDSR is 60% of the borrower assessed income.

What is Loan To Value Ratio ( LTV) ?

Loan to Value  Ratio dictate how much Percentage of the Property Price the Buyer will be able to loan base on   the Borrower Age , Loan Tenor , Number of Loan taken , Remaining Lease, Credit Rating etc.
