Heart Rate Maximum (HRmax) = (220 – Age) beats per minute

 

Base on WHO , physiologists and clinicians recommend between 70% and 85% of an individual’s maximum heart rate during exercises

Thus one, is consider working out when its Heart rate reaches 70% of his or her Maximum Heart Rate.
