This floor consist a lot of  eateries shop , gourmet Dining , Japanese  & Korean Eateries. and a very large Food Court Name Pier 21. Personally i highly recommend one to try out the Pier 21 Food Court , the food quality standard is consider high base on the money you pay for . A meal in Pier 21 will cost around 25 Baht to 120 Baht which is considered quite economical.
